Use

This machine uses polypropylene and high-density polyethylene as raw materials. It is heated, extruded, cut and stretched to form a flat yarn. After being wound up by a winder, it is used for circular loom weaving.

1. 100% recycled materials, powder or pellets can be used to draw flat yarn.
2. The screw and barrel of the extruder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, after nitriding treatment, the hardness reaches above HV950;
3. The reducer of the extruder adopts a hard-toothed helical gear reducer made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel; 4. The extruder is heated by a cast aluminum heating ring, which is durable.
